SAMe "S-Adenosyl Methionine" is approved in food supplements in Italy, so with EU equivalence it should be usable up to a maximum permitted dose. Could be medicinal.
However, S-adenosyl-L-Methionine disulfate tosylate (AMDT) is a Novel Food (May 2026).
