Urolithin A is not naturally occurring, it is a metabolite of ellagitannins when acted upon by gut bacteria, it cannot have had a history of consumption and would likely be Novel as a pure ingredient.

There are foodstuffs that promote the production of Urolithins, one is Oak, an Oak extract is available - Robuvit.
