What are Medicinal ingredients?
Medicinal ingredients are one of the classifications of Odd Ingredients used by G&G.
If substance or combination of substances is presented as having properties of preventing or treating disease in human beings then it is classified as medicinal and G&G is not permitted to manufacture with it.
There are some ingredients which are acceptable to use as long as they are not claiming health benefits for example, Saw Palmetto can be included in products unless it is a prostate product, in which case the Saw Palmetto (and the product) is considered medicinal.
