Stand Up Pouch

Stand Up Pouches are a packaging option that customers can make use of.

G&G does not supply stand up pouches directly, unless they are plain kraft (brown) pouches. Normally customers should be told to supply their own fully printed pouches. Customer supplied labels can be stuck onto a plain pouch if required, but this is rarely a logical option.

Stand up pouches must have their own grip seal, allowing them to be squeezed shut prior to sealing. This is because the bags are turned on their size to be heat sealed, and the product would fall out if the bag is not pre-closed.

Pouches are normally given a best before end date by having a small sticker stuck onto it's gusset.
