Also called DAO, and "amine oxidase, copper-containing, 1", formerly called histaminase.

There are currently two versions, one is produced from porcine kidney protein extract, this has Novel Food approval and is a branded product: adiDAO.

There is also a plant-based version from legume sprouts, this is not yet through the approval line, so it can't be used yet. It is from the same company as above and called: adiDAO Veg.
