Adding Articles: How to

All staff are welcome to add new pages to our Wiki.

To add an article, you must first create a login (by using the link in the top right of the page). Once logged in, you can use the box on the homepage to start a new article. Simply type in the name of the article, and click “create new article”.

Articles can be created about anything. It could be an ingredient, a packaging item, a machine, a certification, a person, or even just a term that needs defining.  

  • Remember that words you use in your article will show up in the search to help people find it. So if an ingredient has more than one name, try to include those names in your article.
  • Packaging items where possible should follow a standard format, which you can copy and paste from the Tub 100ml PET format.
  • Where possible article names for packaging and ingredients should match the name used for them in Access
  • Files can be attached to articles by using the “Upload File” option on the left side of your screen.
